Pre-Existing Account
When the Next button on the D & B No. page is clicked, the system checks whether the D & B Number entered is already associated with an organisation registered with the Supplier Portal system. If not then registration continues with the Address page.
However, if the D & B Number entered is already known, a page similar to this will be displayed:
This display indicates that your company has already been registered with the Supplier Portal for trading with another buying organisation / marketplace.
If the displayed Supplier Name and Address match your organisation's details, the registration process will be much shorter as most of the registration details are already known by the system. Click the 
button to complete the shortened registration process.
If the displayed Supplier Name and Address do not match your organisation's details, please re-check your D & B Number. If the D & B Number needs correcting, click the 
button to go back and correct it. If the D & B NUmber is correct, but the name and address are not yours, contact your sponsoring buying organisation for further instructions.
